Mr. Sanjiv Narayan is a leading industrialist with over 45 years of experience in the electronics industry.

Mr. Narayan is a first generation entrepreneur. An electronics engineer from IIT Delhi and a MBA from FMS, he founded SGS Tekniks, an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company in 1990 along with three other professionals. Today SGS Tekniks has multiple plants in north and south of India, including a design centre in both India and Germany.

SGS Tekniks is one of the largest exporters in India of electronic sub-assemblies and boxed products to EU countries and have received several awards in recognition for the same.

Mr. Narayan was the President of ELCINA for two terms in 1988-89 and in 2002-03. He was also the Chairman of ESC (Export Promotion Council) in 2007-09. He has been closely involved in policy making with various government agencies for development of the electronics industry in India.

Mr Narayan is closely associated with policy formulation on Electronics with Government and Industry Bodies.
