Rajiv Mathur is a respected global leader who has operated extensively in the US, Europe and Asia for nearly 40 years.

He has previously held top management positions in large IT corporations like Hewlett-Packard, Fujitsu ICL and HCL; as well as, built and scaled up start-up organizations with a global footprint.​

As Country Head for Computers at Hewlett-Packard, India, he launched the company’s computer business in India. He also successfully managed the integration of the Hewlett-Packard and HCL Joint Venture.​

After creating the International Business Unit for HCL, Rajiv set up the European operations of HCL in over 9 countries achieving in a period of 3 years revenue growth in excess of 100% compounded, year on year.​

Rajiv has turned into an entrepreneur over the last several years.​

Passionate about leveraging technology for disruptive business solutions, Rajiv launched Critical Care Unified Pvt. Ltd. (CCU), a home healthcare company with special emphasis on critical care at home.​

In a short period of 3.5 years, the company has shown rapid and profitable growth, along with strategic relationships with leading clinicians and hospitals.​

Rajiv’s vision for CCU entails leveraging technology to deliver Critical Healthcare services deeper in India at costs affordable in these small towns.
