Over the course of my practice, I have helped several international as well as national companies, entrepreneurs and innovators protect their intellectual property. As a Senior Associate and Attorney-at-Law in the Trademark Team of Chadha & Chadha, I had managed, protected and enforced the trademark portfolios of several multinational companies. I had also advised and acted for a Fortune 500 company in a trademark and domain name dispute. Presently, I am engaged by clients in the pharmaceuticals, FMCG, education, fashion and entertainment sectors. I have also assisted startups with Commercial Contracts and General Corporate Advisory. I have appeared before different judicial and quasi-judicial bodies including the Delhi High Court and the Trade Marks Registry. I have also participated in several international conferences and am an active member of diverse committees – Member of the Trade Mark Reporter Committee (2022 onwards), Member of the Data Protection Committee and Legislation Sub-Committee (2020 – 2021), Member of the Data Protection Committee and Best Practices Sub-Committee (2018 – 2020). I am passionate about writing in the area of Intellectual Property Law and Practice and have published several articles in leading legal portals such as Lexology, IAM Weekly – to name a few. Skilled in Trademark Prosecution and Opposition as well as Legal Research and Drafting, I have pursued my Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
