Mr.Abhineet is an Engineer by technical qualification and Post Graduate in Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.​

Started his career with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., designing and executing warehousing solutions, and building some of the best warehouses of the time including Maruti Suzuki, and its various anciliaries, Suzuki Motor cycles, IOCL Refineries across North India, and physical record storage solutions for Prime Minister’s Office, Parliament House Library, Supreme Court – Indian Law Institute, and dozens of other corporates and offices.​

After a 5 year stint with Godrej, Abhineet moved onto Future Group and became a part of their core team that started the retail concept – HOME TOWN. During his 7 year stint with Future Group, Abhineet expanded and spearheaded Home Town and e-zone retail concepts in the region.​

His last corporate assignment was with Hindware to Head the National Operations for EVOK, a Home Retail Concept from the well known Brand.​

Having tasted success in the corporate field for nearly 14 years, Abhineet started his venture – ABODEKRAFTZ in January 2015.

He has also written articles for Bracecorp Publications for their magazines – Sourcing Hardware, and Kitchen Review, sharing his experience and insights on the Indian Retail.

Abhineet is married to Ashita and has a three and a half year old daughter Naisha.
